Hij heeft voor mij diverse gesprekken kunnen regelen voor een eventuele vaste aanstelling als PLC software engineer. Marnix heeft goed begrepen wat ik zoek in een baan en dat is gebleken in de bedrijven waar ik op gesprek ben geweest. Ik ben heel erg tevreden over de gesprekken die Marnix heeft geregeld. Een helder proces wat begint met vertellen over het bedrijf en type functie. Aansluitend een mail met contactpersonen en linkjes naar de website van het bedrijf en linkedin van de contactpersonen. Na het gesprek altijd even bellen en overleggen. En precies hetzelfde bij de vervolg gesprekken. Als freelancer keurig bemiddeld naar een mooie nieuwe opdracht, eerst door Casper en daarna door Floor. Geen agressieve benadering en niet het gevoel dat ik een opvulling was van het bestand met kandidaten en freelancers maar een fijne persoonlijke benadering waarbij ook goed naar me geluisterd is en ik geen potentiële opdrachten voorgeschoteld kreeg waar ik niets mee kon. Zeker een aanrader tussen alle bemiddelings-cowboys!
