Choose the Contract Type That Suits You
Secondment
You will be contracted by Focus Engineering and work on projects on-site with our clients. These can be both long-term and short-term projects.
Secondment to Perm
You work at a client via Focus Engineering for one year, after which you transition into a permanent role with them. This way you get to know the company well before making the switch.
Freelance
We are also happy to help you find a new challenge as a freelancer. You can work independently on projects at our clients. We match you with projects that align with your expertise and availability.
Recruitment
We find the right permanent position for you at one of our clients and guide you through the entire process. You go directly into employment with the company that fits you.
