We will find you a permanent job with one our clients. You will get a contract directly from the client.

You will be contracted by Focus Engineering and work on projects on-site with our clients. These can be both long-term and short-term projects. 

Secondment to permanent

You will be permanently employed by a specific client after 1 year of working there as a Focus Engineering employee. 

freelance

You work on projects as a freelancer via Focus Engineering.

In the past I have often had less positive experiences with engineering firms, but not with Focus!As a freelancer, I was neatly mediated to a great new assignment, first by Casper and then by Floor. No aggressive approach and no feeling that I was filling up the pool of candidates and freelancers, but a nice personal approach where I was listened to carefully and I was not presented with potential assignments that I could not do anything with.Definitely recommended among all mediation cowboys!
