Company description

Focus Engineering is currently seeking an Instrumentation Engineer for a system integrator in the Zierikzee area.

You will work in een team of 1 PLC Engineer, 1 E&I Engineer, 1 Mechanical Engineer and 2 commissioning engineers. This company designs, builds, and tests custom-made compressor, dryer, nitrogen, and desulfurization systems for international clients in the oil and gas industry. Their installations are tailored for challenging environments and meet specific client requirements.


Job description

  • Be involved from start to finish in challenging projects within the oil and gas industry.
  • Prepare instrumentation datasheets.
  • Calculate PSV and control valves.
  • Technically assess quotations.
  • Answer technical questions from suppliers.
  • Check the quality of incoming goods.
  • Support the sales and after-sales departments with your expertise.
  • Work for Airpack, a family-owned company in Zierikzee that designs, builds, and tests custom installations for international clients, with a focus on continuity and growth.

Who are you?

  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • You have an HBO-level education with a technical background.
  • You possess strong communication skills.
  • You work accurately and in a structured manner.
  • You show initiative and are solution-oriented
