Job description
We currently have several open positions within leading Maritime projects in the Netherlands. You will be working with the most advanced technology and complex projects:
(Lead) Automation Engineer
- Take ownership of large-scale automation projects. You will lead engineering teams, oversee PLC/SCADA development, and ensure the delivery of reliable automation solutions on board complex vessels.
- Be at the forefront of system integration and commissioning. You will manage the installation, testing, and start-up of advanced Maritime systems, ensuring everything operates according to specification.
- Coordinate and design Electrical & Automation systems for state-of-the-art ships and offshore installations. You will translate client requirements into technical solutions and manage the full project scope.
- Provide on-site technical support for Maritime automation systems. You will travel internationally to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades, keeping vessels and offshore assets running smoothly.
Who are you?
- You have a degree in Industrial Automation, Control Systems Engineering, Electronics, Marine Engineering, Maritime Industry or similar.
- You have working experience as PLC Software Engineer, Automation Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Field Service Engineer or similar.
- You have working experience in the Maritime industry.
- You are fluent in English.
