Focus Engineering is currently looking for multiple PLC Software Engineers for our clients in the Netherlands, specifically in the regions Amsterdam, Breda, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. Our clients are active in the Energy, Marine, Offshore, and (High-Tech) Machine building industries.
Job description
- You will work on various (international) automation projects at one of our clients
- You are responsible for writing functional and technical specifications
- You are responsible for programming and configuring PLC / SCADA / HMI systems
- You are responsible for testing and commissioning PLC / SCADA / HMI systems
- You will be involved in improving the current software standard (R&D)
Who are you?
- You have a degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control System Engineering, or similar
- You have 3+ years of experience as a PLC Software Engineer, Automation Engineer, Control System Engineer, or similar
- You have knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, Codesys)
- You are proficient in English, spoken and written. Proficient in Dutch is considered a plus
